Malibu
Grill is a local chain in Virginia dedicated to bringing the taste of Brazil to
its customers at a
reasonable price.
Malibu Grill's founder, Allen Wong, a former gourmet master
chef and a graduate of the Cooking School of San Francisco, has been in
the restaurant and fast food business in food courts since 1979. He
first made a name for himself within the industry as the "Original" in
Cajun food. Mr. Wong was the first to bring Cajun fast food into mall
food courts in the United States and Canada. His unique style has made
his restaurants an instant success, combining flavorful food with high
quality and low cost.
Then he was first
approached by a business
partner, who proposed
opening a churrascaria.
Allen Wong had always
had a love for anything
grilled, especially over
charcoal, and then he
and his business partner
opened the first Malibu
Grill in Falls Church in
1997.
Throughout the years, Mr. Wong's restaurants have been
known for their delicious fast food and outstanding service, value and
quality. All of his eating establishments are committed to customer
satisfaction.
