  • Beef ribs(Costela de Boi) - beef ribs marinated with Au jus seasoning, lemon, salt/pepper

  • Prime Sirloin(Picanha) - a round cut of steak, seasoned with salt

  • Lamb(Cordeiro) - tender cut lamb marinated with ground pepper, onions, red wine

  • Pork loin(Lombo) - marinated with white wine, and basil leaves

  • New York Steak - the American favorite, Brazilian style

  • Top Sirlion(Alcatra) - huge serving sprinkled with fine salt
